Meet Carmelo.
Carmelo Castro Netsky is a multidisciplinary artist and Wilderness Guide born in San Francisco and shaped by the high desert. He’s worked with youth teaching wilderness survival skills, all while empowering them to access their potential by stepping out of their comfort zone through adventure therapy. Carmelo enjoys bridging the gap between the arts and the outdoors and empowering arts that mobilize people for social justice and humanitarian rights. Currently, Carmelo works as a paraprofessional for Ala Costa Center.
